Come and learn how to save your leftovers and reduce on your waste, as we share the skill of using spices to conjure up an easy Indian veg savoury cake. We roast and grind our spices to ensure the most vibrant gourmet flavours. Cardamom, fennel, and fenugreek do more than simply flavour a dish, but can enrich your body and soul when they are sourced and cooked with care. We will also share some handy tips on how to store your food better so that it lasts longer. At the end of the class we’ll get to enjoy our dish together. Free to attend – everyone welcome!
