In this workshop run by Amanda Chapman (the brains behind the Auckland Community Fridge) you will learn how to make kombucha, apple cider vinegar and fermented treats using surplus seasonal fruit.
Registration essential and spaces are limited! A koha for entry.
You will receive a kombucha SCOBY to get you started at home.
