Ingredients

  • Crusts from 10 slices of bread (40 pieces)
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Chocolate spread (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.

  3. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a smaller bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the sugar over the crusts and gently mix through to make sure all of the crusts are coated evenly.
  5. Spread the crusts on a baking tray in a single layer. Use two trays if necessary.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown in colour.
  7. Leave on the tray for the few minutes to cool and become crisp.
  8. To make the dip, place the desired amount of chocolate spread in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 10 second bursts until it reaches your desired consistency.
