Seared Fish Fins

So quick and easy to make, season with your favourite flavours and enjoy them like chicken wings!

  • 500g fish fins
  • salt and pepper, generous sprinkle or your favourite herb or spice mix
  • oil, for frying



  1. Place fish fins in a bowl and toss with your choice of seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over the stove on medium-high heat.
  3. Sear each side for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown and caramelised.
  4. Serve with your favourite sauce.
