Join us in the world of microgreens, sprouts, and homegrown salads in this interactive workshop.
Learn how to cultivate these nutritious greens at home, from seed to harvest, as well as how to cook and preserve fresh harvests. Microgreens have nutritional value and are also a cost effective green food that you can grow in your home all year round.
Composting will also be discussed.
