Apple Roll Ups

Delicious and easy to make, these apple roll ups are great any time of the day.

Don’t lose track while you’re cooking, click on an ingredient or step to tick it off so you know where you are up to.


  • 6 slices of sandwich bread
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 75g butter, melted on a plate
  • 1 large or 2 small apples, cut into 1 cm cubes


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Flatten the slices of bread using your hand or a rolling pin.
  3. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and place on a plate.
  4. Dip one side of a slice of bread in the melted butter and then dip the buttered side into the cinnamon sugar.
  5. Place a spoonful of the apple onto the bread and then roll up with the sugar on the outside.
  6. Place roll-up edge side down on the baking tray and repeat with the other slices of bread.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp.
  8. Let cool slightly before eating.
