Banana Nuggets

Try these banana nuggets instead of a biscuit with your cup of tea.

Don’t lose track while you’re cooking, click on an ingredient or step to tick it off so you know where you are up to.


  • 1 large ripe banana, mashed
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup ground almonds
  • ¼ cup raisins or dried fruit, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil


  1. Heat your oven to 175°C.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  3. Divide into approximately 12 portions and flatten slightly on a greased baking tray.
  4. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Allow to cool before eating.
