Mixed Citrus Salad

This is a delicious fruit salad that can be enjoyed for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 blood oranges, peeled, pith removed and cut into thick slices
  • 1 large grapefruit, peeled and cut into segments
  • 1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
  • 2 tangerines or mandarin, peeled, pith removed and cut into segments
  • 4 crushed black peppercorns
  • Mint leaves
  • Yoghurt or crème fraiche

Method

  1. Divide the fruit between plates. Crush the black peppercorns and sprinkle over the fruit with the mint leaves.
  2. Serve with Greek yogurt or crème fraiche.
