Falafel balls and hummus

Ingredients

  • 400g Soaked Chickpeas or canned
  • 100g Juice Pulp
  • 50g Diced Brown Onion
  • 5g Paprika
  • 5g Salt
  • 5g Turmeric
  • 5g Dried Dill
  • 5g Ground Coriander
  • 20g Fresh Coriander
  • 15g Rice Flour

Method

  1. Soak chickpeas in water overnight if using dried chickpeas.
  2. Blend the soaked chickpeas with all other ingredients, except the rice flour, until coarse.
  3. Add the rice flour to the mixture, then roll it into balls.
  4. Deep fry the falafel balls until they are golden brown.
  5. Serve these delicious falafel balls with hummus, salad, or pita for a satisfying meal.
