Yoghurt Bark

Your food waste fighting recipe to use up yoghurt, berries, nuts, or dried fruit. Freeze, snap, and enjoy, perfect for gifting, snacking, and making the most of what you have!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or flavoured yogurt
  • ½ cup dried fruits, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup nuts or seeds

Optional extras

  • ¼ cup berries or chopped fruits
  • 1 Tablespoon chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1-2 Tablespoons coconut flakes or desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Line a tray that fits in the freezer with a reusable baking mat or baking paper.
  2. Grab your yoghurt and give it a good mix, evenly pour it onto the lined tray.
  3. Sprinkle you choice of toppings over the yoghurt.
  4. Pop into the freezer for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
  5. Break the bark into any size you like.
  6. Store in a container in the freezer and happy festive snacking and gifting!
