Rockmelon/Cantaloupe
Whole, uncut rockmelon can be kept of the counter top. To help it ripen faster, place it in a paper bag.
Once ripe or cut, store in the fridge.
To freeze, cut into wedges or chunks and keep in a sealed airtight container.
