For one or for as many people you want to share with - just multiply the quantities in the recipe.
Also a great way to use small or large amounts of milk!

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted


  1. Whisk all of the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  2. If you can wait, leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Cook over medium heat in a wide non stick frying pan or crepe pan.
