Awesome Apple Tart

This quick and easy tart will impress your friends and family.

  • 1 sheet pre-rolled flaky pastry, defrosted
  • 2 thinly sliced apples and any spare fruit eg berries or feijoas
  • 15g melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons jam


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Lay flaky pastry sheet on a baking sheet. Slightly turn up the edges of the pastry and brush melted butter on edges.
  3. In a bowl, mix your fruit with the jam. If the jam is thick, melt it for a minute in the microwave.
  4. Layer the fruit in the centre of the pastry sheet, leaving 2-3 cm from the edge.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
