Cheesy Baked Asparagus

If your asparagus has gone a little limp, use it to make this cheesy baked asparagus and no one will ever know.

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup grated cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place asparagus in a baking dish. Pour over cream and scatter the garlic. Season with salt and pepper then sprinkle over the cheese.
  3. Bake until the cheese is golden and melted and the asparagus is tender (about 25 minutes).
