Easy pickled radish

This year lots of little radishes popped up in our garden, thanks to New World's little garden promotion last year. The only problem is no one in our household likes the taste of radish. This easy pickle solved the problem of excess radishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 radishes
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar of your chocie
  • 2 tablespoons sugar of your choice
  • Pinch of salt

 

Method

  1. Thinly slice or grate the radish
  2. Mix the vinegar, sugar and salt
  3. Put the radish into a small bowl or jar and pour the vinegar mix over it

It’s ready to eat straight away or can be stored in the fridge until needed.
