Ingredients

  • Ripe, seedless mandarins

Method

  1. Freeze the Mandarins: Peel and segment the mandarins. Place them ona plate or tray in the freezer until completely frozen (preferably overnight)
  2. Blend to Sorbet: Transfer the frozen mandarin segments to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. The mixture will look quite dry and like it is not holding together but keep blitzing and scraping down the sides until it looks like sorbet! (Pressing it down with a spatula helps)
  3. Serve and Enjoy: Scoop into bowls and enjoy immediately – don’t re-freeze this sorbet as it will get grainy. Serve with your favourite toppings: we used shaved dark chocolate! 🤤
