This sauce can be made with oranges, tangelos or lemons. It goes well with leftover pork or chicken, but would also work well with ice cream for dessert.
These will make use of any slightly soft fruits from the fruit bowl, such as apples, pears, apricots, plums etc. Whatever you have will be delicious.
