Bolognese Pizza

A delicious way to transform leftover bolognese into something new.

Ingredients

  • 1 large pizza base
  • ¾–1 cup leftover bolognese
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • Olive oil (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Place the pizza base on a baking tray and spread the leftover bolognese evenly over the base. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the base is crisp and the cheese is melted and golden.
  4. Finish the pizza by topping with fresh avocado slices and spooning over your desired sauce. Slice and serve.
